Dog Wash Fees
Dog Wash Rules

1 Dog = $16.00

Additional dogs = $10.00

Fees include:

  • Raised tub with ramp

  • Hand held sprayer

  • Waterproof apron

  • Shampoo & conditioner

  • 2 towels - per dog

  • K-9 air dryer

Bathing your dog will help to ensure your dog’s coat is clean and healthy, and helps manage shedding and matting. Taking time to bathe and brush your dog can be a pleasurable experience, especially when someone else does all the clean up!

  • Dogs must be current on vaccinations.

  • Dogs must be kept on a leash upon entering and exiting The Puddle and the dog wash area.

  • While being bathed and drying off with towels, or using the air dryers, dogs must remain in their washtub or shower stall.

  • No skunk-sprayed dogs. We are happy to allow your pup into The Puddle’s self serve dog wash area once you have treated them at home first. Here are a few skunk spray home remedies.

  • Have your dog relieve him/herself prior to bathing. We have a grassy area to the right of The Puddle’s entrance with proper disposal aids provided.

  • Aggressive or misbehaving canines (or children) will be asked to leave. Bath time should be a fun experience for everyone concerned.

Skunked? Home remedies!
DIY skunk spray

Ingredients:

  • 1 quart hydrogen peroxide

  • 1/4 cup baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon dish-washing liquid

Mix ingredients in large bucket. Using gloves, wet coat and work one section at a time, starting with the skunk-sprayed area. Be careful to not douse your dog's eyes. The quantities listed should make enough de-skunking solution for a medium-size dog (30 to 50 pounds), so use less or more as needed for the size of your dog.

Ingredients:

  • Warm water

  • Apple cider vinegar

Mix 2 parts warm water with 1 part apple cider vinegar in a plastic bottle (one that you can squeeze). Using gloves, wet coat and work one section at a time, starting with the skunk-sprayed area. The solution should sit for no less than 5 minutes to fully enjoy the deodorizing properties of the vinegar.
